1. Agreement
By accessing or using Ridge Cabin Rentals ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The Platform
Ridge Cabin Rentals is a marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering short-term rental accommodations. Ridge Cabin Rentals is not a party to any rental agreement between guests and hosts and does not own, manage, or control any listed property.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to book or host.
4. Bookings & payments
Confirmed bookings are binding. Guests authorize Ridge Cabin Rentals and its payment processor to charge the total shown at checkout, including nightly rates, cleaning and service fees, and applicable taxes. Hosts receive payouts net of platform fees.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each listing (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) at the time of booking. Service fees may be non-refundable.
6. Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with local laws, permits, and taxes, and for providing safe, clean accommodations as described.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including fraud, harassment, circumventing payments, posting unlawful content, or scraping data.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridge Cabin Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any stay.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
